Social AI Slackbot
An internal Slackbot that turns a one-line idea into a ready-to-record content draft, meeting the DevRel team exactly where they already work.
on a single video, after rebuilding our hooks and titles around what the bot surfaced.
What it does
Creating short-form content used to mean a scattered loop of docs, spreadsheets, and guesswork about what would land. The Slackbot collapses that into a single conversation: drop an idea in a channel, and it comes back with trend-aware hooks, a tight script, and a handful of title and thumbnail directions, all grounded in how our past videos actually performed.
Because it lives in Slack, there's nothing new to learn and no tool to switch to. The whole team can riff on a draft in a thread, and every published video feeds its performance back in, so the next set of suggestions gets sharper over time.
How it works
Idea in, polished draft out, with a feedback loop that learns from every post.

The impact
Better hooks and titles, chosen faster, changed the ceiling on a single video by orders of magnitude, and made consistent, high-quality output the default rather than the exception.
